Cedar Falls Rules
Cedar Fall member levels are split up into five levels. Topaz, Emerald, Ruby, Pearl and Diamond. All new members will be known as a Topaz member, But as you continue to post on the forum and your post count starts to add up you will be allocated a new member level. Each level has different privlages in the game as outlined below:
Topaz Members
Starting Balance = £100,000
Weekly Pay Allowance = £2,000 (Every Monday)
Create Horse Limit = 2
Can Only own no more than 10 horses
Can adopt horses from the Cedar Falls Adoption Centre (CFA) or buy horses from other members.
Can change there horses names
Can not breed there horses
Can not open there own stable (Must be boarded with a approved stable)
Can not open there own registery or association
Can not host there own races or shows
Emerald Members
Cash Award = £5,000
Weekly Pay Allowance = £2,000 (Every Monday)
Create Horse Limit = 3
Can only own no more than 20 horses
can breed there horses and change there horses names
can open there own stable (Private)
Can open there own registery or association
Can not host there own races or shows
Ruby Members
Cash Award = £10,000
Weekly Pay Allowance = £2,000 (Every Monday)
Create Horse Limit = 4
Can only own no more than 30 horses
can breed there own horses and change there horses name
Can open there own stable (Private)
Can open a registery or association
Can not host there own races or shows
Pearl Members
Cash Award = £20,000
Weekly Pay Allowance = £4,000 (Every Monday)
Create Horse Limit = 10
Can only own no more than 40 horses
Can breed there horses and change there horses name
Can open there own stable (Private)
Can open there own registry or association
Can not host there own races or shows
Diamond Members
Cash Award = £30,000
Weekly Pay Allowance = £5,000 (Every Monday)
Create Horse Limit = 20
Can own unlimited number of horses, but please be realistic don't take on more than you can handle
Can breed there horses and change there horses name
Can open there own stable (Private or public or both)
Can open a registery or association
Can host there own races and shows

I know that the Diamond Level seems along way off but you will soon have the 600 Posts needed to be a Diamond Member as the game is based on you posting, so it wont take you long to get through the levels.
TIME LINE
1 Real Year = 1 Sim Year
Horses can be aged up to 4 years old.
Once your horse is 4 they will follow the time line as above.
All horses age on the 1st January each real year
